Tipp City

Tipp City is located in off of I-75 in Miami County, Ohio just north of Dayton. Tipp City formerly known as Tippecanoe was founded in 1840. It was a popular stop for boatmen traveling along the Miami and Erie canals. George W. Bush, while President in 2007 visited the Tippecanoe High School, and now has a street named after him.

City Park located at Parkwood Drive and Third Street is a family favorite for summer picnics at the Roundhouse, a popular historic structure in Tipp City. Canal Lock Park has a scenic bike trail with benches and picnic tables.
